I furnished a floor plan, Chris suggested a roof line; from there he was able to build exactly what I had in mind, from the foundation, to the exterior look, to the special details like a pantry and walk-in shower. I had a firm budget, and was kept informed along the way so there were no surprises. His subcontractors were also excellent, and it felt like they were anxious to get it just right.
